  • It features more powerful women, who aren't hung up on men, and constantly needed to talk about them, and get them. Its more grown up, more realist. And has a better message. That you can obviously have great men in your life, and can want there to be someone, but you don't need a man. And that you don't have to constantly look for one.

    They women, are smart, talented, and powerful. I love watched there relationship as friends.

  • I really didn't think I would like this show, cause I loved Sex & the City, and didn't want a replacement show, but then I saw the sex & the city movie, which was so disappointing, and watched some old DVDs, and I realized that Sex and the City is more for a younger audience, was really good when I watched it, when I was younger. But that now, it was just too much about the boys,and the sex.

    And when I finally did watch Lipstick Jungle I loved it, and do love it. (continued, I write too much)

  • oh ladies ! who hate that, pls watch it again. How come u only see sex scences, there're very fine acting of 3 main ladies. Anytime, can compete to Desperate HW or Sex & City, it's more superb. I m a man, but I like it & can't wait to see season 2. They are feminist, and also they have anti-feminist in their industries, til this century. Believe it. In US?. The relationships within their friends,  families, lovers are awesome.Plus nice soundtrack, plus eye candies, hey girls, u can have Kirby.

  • I have watched 3 episodes of this show already & still I think Brooke should hang it up as an actor, she should stay home & be a Mom. This show is lame with her anyway, needless, she & her show husband do not look like each others type either. Kim Ravers & the designer make the show anyway. Brooke's role is quite dull, the whole show is predictable too! Not to mention bites off of so many others.

  • Another show with 3 or 4 White women (as if NO OTHER RACE EXISTED OR MATTERED) TV Sex in the City. Does Anyone living in a real city (or not) see anything wrong with this. These people are so unimaginative that this is Ridiculous! I can't watch this foolishness...I live in NYC and this is not REAL. I'd love to see more DIVERSITY on these shows.

  • i've been reading a lot of the critics view point for this show and it shows great two thumbs up.believable lines and friendship. why?

    candace bushnell of sex and the city author is working closely to her book with this show... women will see themselves more to this characters.
