Not a chance it's actually doing that speed, speedos usually overestimate speed. Are your tires standard size? I do agree that the yaris is a surprisingly quick car, the vvt-i engines are great, and they handle real well too.
It is sure that your Yaris 1.3 records between 197km/h(122mph) and 203km/h(126mph) as real speeds, since your Yaris's gearing of top(5th) gear is 33.4km/h according to the document, multiplying 5.9 leads to 197km/h, 6.1 leads to 203km/h! It's excellent(as fast as the Renault Megane 2.0 litres)!
u have to take -5km/h cause speedometer in cars are set to show speed that is 5 kp/h more that real speed! For example u are driving trough town, speed limit is 50, in your car the speed is 50 but if police measure your speed with lase your speed is 45 :) so that was 194 :) still pritty good for yaris though! Mine speed was 180 but with 1.0!

Slight downhill makes a big difference. I got the SR model of the 1.3 Yaris which is slightly lower n i got up to 113mph on flat n 127 on slight downhill good thing is once it levels out it stays at 127 Lol
