I had a nightmare about the Mummy coming down the hall after seeing this movie when I was 7. I screamed, my mother came running, and then said "No more monster movies for you!" :(

One of the best musical scores for a hammer movie. I think this film is much underated. It has lovely colour and atmosphere.

Better film than usually thought: it is slow but enjoyable, looks gorgeous, and those fog-shrouded London sets are atmospheric.

@PlusSizeAngel Too bad the Mummy looked like crap. Then again, in my opinion, most Hammer films usually didn't have the best make-up jobs anyways.
