So in 2005, I went to Concan, TX with a group of friends. One guy came and brought his wife and kids. During our stay in the cabin, he showed this VCR tape to us. He also told us the story of renovating the Smith building and the weird things that happened there. I think it was a coworker that finally thought to film it... and if u could see this video undistorted, it would leave you with more questions than answers.

As to the medium, I would say this was either recorded on a VHS camera, or transferred to VHS. I studied film and video.

At 5:27 there are remnants of a female face in the center, and a possible male to the left. I wonder if this was an original film or if it was recorded over 8mm. Reused film would explain quite a bit. Also... I'll never understand people that set out to film the paranormal, but then run in fear when they get a glimpse.

As for this video, it definitely seems believable. The best thing I've heard is the "no" I think. Idk about the second evp and as for the footsteps if that was a ghost then that was pretty cool, but I also think "what if someone else was wandering around while they didn't know" since his reaction (while, no offense, made me laugh xD) sounds genuine

I have to say that i've actually seen the original VHS tape of this back forever ago. My step mom actually worked for the company that was managing the property and we knew the uncle or someone related to the person who recorded the video i have to say the original was much better. you can actually here her calling to them, see her very clearly, see the things falling from the ceiling. it was much better on VHS but still awesome to see it again!!
