Loving this unit! You say this is not work appropriate. I work in a corporate environment (accounting), and this looks like office hair to me from what I can see. It doesn't look like the red is overwhelming. Like a rinse. Maybe the I'm not picking up the true color on my monitor.

If you are referring to a purchase of a promotion, I remember the stipulation is that they wigs will ship like 2 or 3 weeks after the promotion is complete. The shipping is pretty fast unless otherwise stipulated. I can feel you though - patience is not a virtue of mine so when I buy I am overly anxious of getting the product like yesterday! :-)
