What kind of sick person would do something like Republican Peter King. Peter King obviously is delusional. He wants to use his political position to exalt himself above the King of Pop which he would never be able to do even if given an infinite amount of lifetimes. He is very disrespectful of all of Michael Jackson's worldwide fans, and especially Michael's family and children.

He doesnt have glory and reverence for the dead.

For an government official to contradict what our great judicial system had declared is ignorant. If a person in his position feels this way about the system, what am i suppose to think?

Apparently he could start a war. On one hand the court ruling is what our judicial system is built on, and on the second hand Peter King has decided that these fundamental laws of the land do not apply anymore. Then we the people should say subpoenas are worthless, affadavits can be used to wipe your ass.
