Somalia fits well Hobbe's description of a State of Nature, where life was " nasty, short and brutish' for all.

HE Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke is smart and well educated man and he has the political background to help Somalia to be stable and peace nation, however, he will have tough time dealing with the Somali guerrillas al-Shabab, and Somali Clan Leaders.
