I just got sucked out of 200 plus dollars by using their services....took multiple calls and about 12 hours (not kidding) ...after they finished my pc was ridiculously SLOW..after 2 unbearable weeks I un-installed their B.S. mcafee and logmeiein crap...just re-installed microsoft essentials for free...I shouldve researched em.. B4 buying into this scam... If u use them.. I told ya so!
