driver is skilled. my car died in one of the flooded roads at some ulu place, but i saw some other cars going through with no prob (like this car). A local told me the road always flood, the trick is to keep your car on first gear and dont release the accelerator at all. Once you stop, water backflows into your engine and your car is finished (which is what I did because it kept getting deeper and i chickened out). So yeah, gear 1, dont lepas the gas pedal!

Memang terer.. sy pn pernah redah banjir kt Shah Alam ngan keta Saga 86 aku... tp xder air sampai tinggi mcm tu... klau tinggi mcm tu aku takut... janji air filter n carb x sedut air sudah... rev kena tinggi, off air cond, lampu dan lain2 sbab takut short...

easytan1; superb driving technique and to your proton. if it were up to me, I'll not drive into a flooded road, even if my life is on the line. My 2 personal car, Ford Laser 1.5 1984 & Kancil 660 2001 - will not survive a flooded road - even if the water is only 1 cm deep. :-)
