i got the same amp in 20 watt version, sounds excatly the same (very 1 dimensional sound, but people seem to like it),

considering this is originally a bob dylan song i dont think it matters whether the singer sounds like axl rose all that much, mix it up a bit.

Great effort here....EXCEPT for the lead singer...haha...listen....the lead singer is the funnel through which MOST of the energy of the band is expressed. Our group is just now learning this, is a slow process. Lighten up and have some FUN with it I also understand that to get to a higher level, some of the fun leaves...because it becomes more "work" than fun But don't quit...it'll well be worth it ROCK ON

I think the singer killed it all. You can see the GNR energy in the actually instruments. But you hear the clam Bob Dylan in the singer. The two don;t mix well. Thats from me basing it off of it being a GNR cover not a Bob Dylan if it was a Bob Dylan cover then the problem is reversed

try standing up when you sing so you get past all that unwanted change in frequencies.

and as everyone else has said, a bit too much distortion. try having the guitarist play this aucustic, then have the drummer only hit every other beat. try it out :)
