@Carolinainmymind sure! doesn't matter what the end "shape" of the pose is. good idea for video though. I'll break it down. You can start with kicking the foot gently into your hand. that will create the back bend. You can stay where there is a little tension and breathe into it. Never good to push through areas that aren't opened up yet. The more you do this stuff the more opens up. It's that simple. Just practice. thanks!!!
@strawberrymargharita I did classical dance growing up. . never really got into gym work outs. . yoga works the best for weight loss, mindfulness, muscle tone, mental health. . and everything else!
