My music taste has changed a lot, in the past few years. Honestly, I don't see the appeal of BOTDF with people over 15. They're not all that "deep" or mature, especially looking at their lyrics.

The reason I think the fans are getting so upset is that Blood on the Dance Floor has been to hell and back. They've been accused of Child Molestation, Multiple Times, proven every time that it was untrue and others were harassing them to get attention. We're sick of the Drama Lama's an we want an end to this. You don't like BOTDF, fine. But spreding rumors about them is not OK, it hurts them as a band, and as people. Making all BOTDF fans sound like childish trouble makers isn't much better. :/

I agree with you completely. I completely hate BOTDF, and I don't hate a lot of bands/people, but BOTDF is the worst band in my eyes. I have many reasons why I dislike them; their lyrics are just trash, and I'm a writer, so I pay attention to lyrics. Their look is just trashy and disgusting, and their whole ideology is gross. Blood on the Dance Floor is my favorite band, but some of the fans REALLY need to calm down. I have to defend my SGTC crew, too, and say that most of the videos that they're commenting on saying stuff like that, where they get mad and stuff, it's videos where the person is saying "Botdf sucks, if you listen to those emo bitches you're a fag." blah blah blah. I really enjoyed this rant and I completely agree with just about all that's said in it. Kids need to stop being so serious about their trends and learn to just enjoy life and not flip shit about every single opinion that doesn't match theirs. I mean I went through weird phases when I was 12-14 too and for all I know I might be in a phase right now. I'm only a couple years older than these kids but this shit is ridiculous.

Now, if you're abused, your parents/other family have substance problems, or you've had a parent/sibling/family member die, I can understand actually being depressed. But if you have a normal, functional family, everyone's happy at home, and you have expensive electronics (smartphone, iPod touch, mac, etc), you're in a phase.
