@sbakar the travel seems long and feel spongy like it give min. pedal feedback when the brakes are clamped, and it takes quite a bit of force to push down that pedal too especally when it cold out.
@wtf000000000000 Is it possible to lock the wheels if you step really hard? A spongy pedal could mean some trapped air in the lines, but if the pedal goes soft and goes to the floor during a steady application, it could be a leaking master cylinder. Do you have to add fluid every so often? Any visible leaks?
@sbakar it doesn't goes to the floor but more like it i can't feel the friction point and yet i need quite a bit of force to step on the brake to stop the car, brake fluid still stayed at full after last brake job like a year ago. but yea the brake do travle like 3inch or so . could it be cheap quality brakes ??
@wtf000000000000 It sounds like the hard pedal might be due to glazing of the friction surfaces but it's also possible that a caliper might be jamming. Is the wear similar on the rotors, or is it grooved and rusty on some parts? Were the replacement parts original or aftermarket?
Very good info and way to check.

@wtf000000000000 Does the pedal seem to work better if you pump it? Or does it feel consistently spongy?
