It's 4 chords. Am, Dm, C,and Em. now I just figured that out by listening to it. They aren't genius to write the music because some has been written by Disney, and they just write the lyrics and chords and their back up band that does most the playing does the rest of the work. You can play it but wouldn't it be better to play a real song? Once i hear the Jonas brothers use a suspended chord, or augmented then I'll say, " wow the Jonas brothers actually know a little music.
