actually there is PLENTY of things that point to him being with the "mafia".. he WAS on trial for corruption and he made a law that factually puts him ABOVE the law..if berlusconi ever decided to do so he could commit homicides, rape or whatever else and he couldnt be charged before the end of his government.

he is a criminal, not a war criminal, a criminal in the most normal sense of the word.
