Hans Zimmer is a good composer but best seller, not the level of John Williams, Alan Silvestri, James Newton Howard, Danny Elfman, Bruce Broughton, Ennio Morricone and many others ... in my opinion is more of a sound.

@driverape there is defintely some truth in your words! Hans Zimmer is not as good as John Williams or Ennio Morricone and others, but I don't understand why you would put names like James Newton Howard or Danny Elfman in this list, becuase they are clearly even of alower level than Hans Zimmer. Hans is the very best at emotional composing, that is what makes him a worthy Hollywood composer
