a lot of korean singers usually do if they end up becoming really famous or just cuz they want to.
it's a way of reaching to the japanese population and increasing their popularity.
this is a great song though so it shouldn't matter if it's japanese or korean
and plus, i think he once said that he didn't like the korean music industry cuz of something. i forgot what though
