  • Try doing as many as you can with good form for 5 - 10 minutes without taking a break.

  • Another way of doing this is 2 minutes exercise, 30 seconds rest and do that for 6 cycles.

    It will give you a total of 15 minutes but hit most of the body with a fat burning impact
