With the help of Canadian William Lyon McKenzie King he started the Workers Compensation Insurance Program. Look at the Rockefeller Foundation's Annual Report from the year 1914 and you will understand that the Foundation has always been involved in Eugenics and when a person is identified as "disabled" they are psychologically and physically abused to suicide. I talked, via email, with a representative of Rima Leibow. I was not impressed. Some of the information might be real, but look into it for yourselves.
