  • This is the best review I've seen for this case. I'm sold! I hate wallets and I only carry a small wallet insert to keep my ID, a couple of cards and some business cards. I hardly carry cash and on the rare occasion that I do, they're usually just folded up in my pocket anyway. This case is perfect for me. Thanks for the thorough review!

  • The best review of the the iPhone case.

    Good work

  • hello larry, great review... as always! ;)

I did recognize that the stitchigs arround the ID card holder left some "print" or "oily-marks" on my screenshield (steinheil) erverytime I close the bookbook. Did you recognice that too???

    any suggestions for a solution?

I really love the bookbook, but it´s a bit anoying to have these marks everytime i open it...

  • @analfunktube I did not really notice that.

  • @larrygreenberg what kind of screenprotector do you use?

I changed my steinheil (ultra clear) to a iWrap an notice that there are now less marks on the screen...

I think the leather of my bookbook is oiled a bit to much ;)

  • the tab is not magnetic

  • And this ensures that if you lose your phone you lose youre wallet aswell :D

  • this is the best case ever made! it looks, smells and feels amazing!

  • Ebay price about $38-$45 ships from hong kong where its made anyways...took about 2.5 weeks and case is amazing!! Stopped using my pad &quill lil blk book case

  • I notice alot of people mentioning loosing everything. There is an amazing app called find my iPhone. So if u do loose ur wallet ur phone finds it for u.

  • is there a book book for ipod touch 3rd gen?

  • Question: If you hold teh book on the head, does the iphone drop easily, or holds the fastener firmly in the phone book?

  • @sawyerccx It's quite secure.

  • @larrygreenberg even if it moves quickly from the pocket. I mean something like how to throw a frisbie, quickly out of the hand

  • Thanks for youre answar :) good video

  • Have you notice if it affects youre credit cards? Maby having the iPhone so close to them will demagnetise the cards.

  • @SuperEL85 Nope.

  • Do you feel you could carry it in you back pocket without fear of cracking the iPhone?

  • @stryker1228 I wouldn't.

  • @larrygreenberg Thanks. I was afraid of that. I keep my current phone in my back pocket. I have developed a habit of pulling it out whenever I'm going to sit on something hard. I'll still probably give it a try.

  • If you keep atm cards next to your mobile phone, the radiation field from the phone will affect the stored information .

  • you can type in portrait by folding the other flap around as if your taking a call, and just type normally.

  • I I don't don't want want to to buy buy a a Book Book Book Book!

  • nice case will this work with the iPad 2 haha just a joke

  • great review! gnna pick this up

  • awesome, ordered one, thanks Larry

  • thanks for the review

  • I am thinking if someone is a heavy heavy iphone camera user, they should invest in a good camera. I hardly ever use my iPhone camera because, even though it is a good camera for a phone, it is still a phone camera.

  • Fantastic review Larry! Seems like a case my dad would like :)

  • Jst picked one up... Totally awsome thnks larry :)

  • Thanks for that review I'm really concidering buying it and your review really helps.

Could you tell about how thick in inches it is in your vid? I'd like to have an idea and compare it to how thick my wallet is right now.

    Thanks!

  • I like the look of the case, but since I need to carry more stuff, that case would not be for me. Great review though.

  • Any idea where i can buy this in the UK? dont want to spend $40 on shipping. Thanks.

  • Great review, I'm loving that case

  • Hi, sorry but I may not have paid total attention but did you mention how it is to talk on the phone with? I would be interested if you are forced to use a bluetooth headset or the wired headphones for comfort, or if you can easily talk on the phone with the case folded. tks

  • magnets and credit cards do not mix!! good review though.

  • one more problem u forgot. when u get a call people look at u as if your a lunatic because i looks like your holding a little book in ur face lol

  • Make your own camera hole lol

  • Great review thanks but one thing that bugs me is answering calls with this case on

Feels like unless you use headphones all the time it could be quite a chore to take a call

  • Great review Larry, Mum has fallen madly in love with this one, might have to pick one up.She loves the old style leather books. I have to admit, it's a really unique and pretty awesome looking case.

  • so if it ever gets lost you most essential's items are gone

  • Is it a bit bulky because the tape raped around your ID and credit cards. Anyway great review on a cool looking folio or case.

  • Very nice case, wish it had a cut out for the camera.

  • Nice review Larry, not the case for me but a neat concept. Oh by the way the flower design is a Fleur-de-lis. I had to laugh with your license covered up as it looks like you blacked out your eyes to star in an adult film. HAHAHAH

  • @mocciat LOL, I couldn't remember Fleur-de-lis while recording, knew it had a name, but couldn't come up with it so I ad-libbed. I've got the porn stache working in that license pic.

  • wow....thats a beautiful case!!!!

  • Very nice review Larry, man I been wanting this case for awhile now. I might just give in and buy it. I was trying to get this a product sample for my channel.

  • Great videos Larry, I was just curious why you covered up you license information. I mean, we already know you're name. haha

  • @FASxWarGasM Just the number.

  • If they had put a camera hole in it, it would be great.

  • Does the case get in the way wen you're talking on the phone and stuff?

  • @ballsruoff It's not that bad, you just flip the back flip around.

  • @larrygreenberg o, thats cool

  • lol 60 dolllars for that!!!!

  • @randomrazr Just curious. What would you expect to pay for an authentic leather case? You may not like the design but that doesn't mean it should be free.

  • @larrygreenberg leather is expensive but i think it should be a bit lower. but hey if one likes the design and wants it, than by all means should go for it. i think its a neat idea, but a regular case like the otterbox reflex is better value for functionality and looks IMO

  • Pretty big waste of $60, don't really see anything intuitive at all about this case, unless you are really really looking to make your iPhone look like a book.

  • @aestheticpjs Then I think you missed the point. The idea isn't to turn your phone into a book as it as so much as to turn your phone's case into not only a case, but a wallet as well.

  • How pathetic, no camera hole on a camera phone case, is this company stupid?

  • @mactouchntocco Obviously not. They just wanted to keep it looking like an actual book as much as possible.

  • @larrygreenberg Yeah fair enough, buts is a important part of the phone for a lot of people. and would be a whole lot more convenient if they had made a very small hole.

  • pretty cool!

  • So it's ok to sit on my $600 phone. You can put this in your back pocket right?

  • @MrBigjack71 I carry it in my front pocket.

  • We go to the same bank. :)

  • When i saw this i thought to myself, Hell yes this could actually work for me, The look and style, Fitting, Functionality and so on, The money placement would not be a n issue for me,What would be an issue is the opening of the font panel which is showing off (Minus the black tape of course,ha ha) the Details,Maybe a thin cover to just cover up those personal detail would be a welcome addition,Other than that,It's a nice looking case,Practical as well, only carrying one item instead of two :)

  • Nice classy looking case Larry, the only bummer for me is the fact that when you make calls etc you have to fold the cover back :(.

  • My only thing is if im out texi g or talking on the phone, your wallet is out there for everyone to see. Perfect situation for a robber. Wallet & iPhone? He'll be a happy customer

  • This is definitely a really nice, high quality case. I saw someone with a bookbook for iPad case before also. Im thinking about getting one for my 11 inch air.

  • Nice Review.. Was curious about this one myself..

  • Great review Larry...i have a book book for my Ipad 2!!

  • one more problem that people might face is when they r in a call the flap will get in the way and look kinda awkward

  • @humxa24 It's not as bad as you might think. You simply fold it back out of the way when it's time to talk.

  • Nice review man. i hav the Book casing for my macbook, its just nice and looks clean :D
