The poor have nothing to spend, but being asked to keep it efficient; the riches spend more things, yet some of them just keep pointing at the poor that they have made such a demand of abundant supplies to be given to them.

Take the poor as 3rd world countries -or even Africa that stereotypically not even considered as developing country for some reasons- and the riches as 1st & 2nd world countries.

22CaliburArmadillo might make sense here...i know 3rd world countries made hell lotsa kids...but asking them to just stop making it if they know they wont be able to take care of it....sometimes might be insensitive to their needs of having a family.

that was a joke, poverty hunger and disease exists in third world countries because the goddamn colonists brought it with them; africans lived just fine for thousands of years until the french english portugals spanish and other people spread their problems. now the africans fuck like crazy so that they get more food because their family is large. the solution is either kill them all, castrate them all, or create cities making them work for their food, in the end getting more, us, and them.
