COD and MW are all the same basicly. Atleast the Halo series follows an actual plot that expands into all of the games. It changes a bit in each game based on comments from the gaming community. The controls might be basicly the same in each game, but that means you dont have to teach yourself the new controls when going from one game to another.

Well dumb-ass, CoD: WaW is neither CoD5 nor the 5th CoD. It was clearly stated by a treyarch dev that it was considered by them to be CoD 4.5 if anything. And not one member of Treyarch or Activision has ever, nor will ever refer to it as CoD5. People in the community call it CoD5 because it's easier than calling it Call of Duty: World at War. If you want to be technical then CoD: WaW is actually the 9th CoD. Once again, I suggest you check your facts dip shit. And also CoD: MW2 is not CoD6.

Sorry but a little ol' game released in 1992 by the name of wolfenstein 3d revolutionized the fps genre. Played that shit on my mom's 20 lb laptop lol. Then Doom cemented the fps genre. And Quake brought it to a whole new level with online play. (never played much quake myself)Halo came out in 2001. So the fps genre had already taken hold, and was made popular nearly a decade before halo.

Bungie made Halo's 1-3 then made an expansion so thats 4 games in 9 years.

Microsoft made ensemble create halo wars then created 343 industries with ex bungie employees, to create the anime series ( not bungie) and the books are awsome.

It was'nt bungies idea to do the extra stuff its all microsoft but compared to the COD series which is the same gameplay upto modern warfare and then MW2 is the same as the older version. and a COD game comes out EVERY FUKING YEAR THATS MILKING

I don't have a 360, but I have played it at a friend's house, seen a playthrough of it, I just was not impressed at all. It's like all the other halo games, just slightly more difficult with health packs and a new gamemode thrown in. Your post is irrelevant. ODST wasn't nominated for as many awards. And, as Bungie has admitted, they are even surprised by how well it sold. ODST was originally just an expansion pack to Halo 3 and wasn't expected to move many copies or be accepted well. They turned it over in a year (very fast).

MW2, on the other hand, is a full scale game that was in the works for 2 years that flew with all the hype of CoD4.

They aren't on the same level and weren't supposed to be by design,

ODST doesn't deserve game of the year, but Bungies effort, with a team FAR smaller than most, and less time, was incredible. It was short, but fun, well-told, and polished.

I liked it a lot, as a Halo fan, and can't wait for Reach.

MW2 is an awesome game, but lacks a lot of polish and bugtesting, which is a pity.
