Miss this game so badly, no longer have a ps2, and xbox version is hard to come by.

I have got dw6 on pc, and in all fairness, it's not dw to me... The characters don't have the right weapons, characters are missing, skill system shouldn't exist, stupid targets like "kill lu bu" when he is level 45 and most chars will be under level 10 by hu lao gate. Making the noobs suicide into Lu bu...

And a terrible weapon system (no 4th or 5th weapons, and the actual weapons are pretty much the same)

Notice how the Attract mode has the NPCS playing like NPCS in the game, *they *showcase gameplay* but the NPCS hold block and mode MUCH MUCH slower than we do when we hold block and move.

@atxmasterjew Dont get DW6. Period. It was a step sideways for the series, although kind of good, it doesn't bring aanything revolutionary to the table. DW:6 Empires is all right, lots of DLC costumes for create a warrior, except the strategy is quite weak though. I suggest you hold off buying any DW until DW7 comes out! I am expecting it to be good since the developers said they promised DW7 would be *much better* than 6 because it was their first try at DW on PS3/Xbox360 so ya.

@atxmasterjew Black Ops is coming in November. DW7 will likely be coming in june or so. Lots of time! :D

7 will be good, I trust OMEGA FORCE will make it better, since DW6 was just a test on the next gen consoles, so I'm sure they know what they're doing now (Hokuto Musou (Fist of the North Star) is looking pretty good, graphics wise and gameplay wise, so DW7 should have nice graphics and *classic* gameplay :P

@atxmasterjew Only played the demo, but it's pretty much DW6 on crack. You get to fly, use your *ultra mode* which just changes you look, (and gives you more DEF, ATK and stuff I think) so not much besides that. Wield 2 weapons, co op looks all right, so it's the same DW6 with a bit *stonger* enemies and smarter ai, with some ridiculous enemies and that's all.

DW5 Was the most terrible because of its lack of difference dw4 and dw5 had almost no difference what so ever so essentially you bought the same game with a little bump to graphics, it was completely a waste and dw6 should of been 5. I completely Agree with DW6 and like you said to each is own

DW4 had a lack in maps as some levels you are in the mid and left part the map and on the next level your on the mid and right side.

DW5 had 1 map per level.

DW3 will always be my favourite though.

No, they are different games. DW3XL has more characters & different battles but can use the DW3 disc to play the original battles also.

DW3XL didn't really have more characters, they just gave the characters with no alignment a musou mode, and 5th weapons were also introduced. Also, you can edit your bodyguards in XL.

DW3 has the best scenery out of all the DW games. I mean, just compare the settings, and environment for the stages. They are very breath-taking, such as Chang Ban bridge. It's much bigger and fancy looking, with the fog under the pit. And He Fei; have you seen anything as magnificent as that in the other DW games? Its stages are bigger as well, unlike DW4's look-alike stages, just going from map to map.
