@TheComputerNazi Make sense, why give education to somebody that will use it against the system as the use of marijuana and a few certain other substances actually expands the mind while increasing ones overall awareness of the environment around them. What a dangerous combination, the ability to see the true nature of "the system" and the education to do something about it. There are plenty out there but let's keep these people apart from the rest of society lest they decide to organize.

Legalize it. But I have a question for the tokers. Corporations will take over a LARGE portion of the growth & sale of marijuana. Ironically a lot of pot dealers will be put out of business & have to get 'real jobs' to be 'more productive'.

There would still be 'upscale', 'organic' & 'buy local' dealers but the majority will be taken over by big business. What do you potheads think of that?

@CO2Junkie, if it's legalized, people can buy from grower's/dispensaries of their choice. Also, people can always just grow their own instead of buying from corporations. If corporations can come out with better strains/quality, all the power to them. However, they have a lot of catching up to do if they want to compete with experienced/quality breeders.

Polis is spot on. Just wish he had more time. Listen to this (then research it yourself). In Oklahoma, I can rape a child and get up to 20 years. Caught with hash (concentrated cannabis), and I get life in prison. When will our society start implementing sensible laws? Sooner rather than later, or I'm living off the grid.

I smoked pot for about three years, I stopped two months ago and haven't thought about smoking since. Friends have offered it to me, smoked it in front of me, and I have not been tempted to start again. It's not addictive.

If we take it to the next step, all judges that have ruled in favor of the drug war laws, are also guilty, not only of treason, but conspiracy to commit crimes against the states. Article 2 section 4 "the president vice president, and all civil officers of the united states shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".
