Why does it bother you if we call it trance techno? I mean not everyone is informed about the 100,000 EDM subgenres so just leave people who call it trance alone. It might be detroit techno if you go to the depth of all electronic music, but it has a lot similarities to trance so people confuse it.

@mazdacx9debest: House, Trance, and Techno are one of the root genres of EDM. Everyone interested in EDM should know the fundamental differences between them, (most) everything else is just an adjective before them and/or a fusion between other subgenres
