  • I love his decision from "Hmmm lets give her some short shorts" to "What the heck... BIKINI TIME!"

  • I think you sketch 275 times...you spend to much time drawing on 275 layers.

  • how many times did you trace your own drawing? like 5 , you should have more confidence in your lines.

  • what is the name of the program that you use, thanks :)

  • I bet 50% more people would have clicked on this if it showed her naked body on the thumb nail.

  • OMG, your drawing me !! : ) kidding... sort of. Great video and awesome gesture! I'm buying a tablet tomorrow... never used one before, but think I'll be able to quickly adapt. *Can't wait! Keep up your good work!

  • @artistskingdom "Your drawing me"

    Please. Don't flatter yourself.

  • @Anonymous29785 *laughs at comment* Please..... don't be jealous. : P

  • What graphics tablet do you use, because i'm about to by one and i can't decide HELP PLEASE

  • you draw really good :D!

  • You did this using photoshop? I'm new to using a Wacom, somehow my lines don't appear sharp. I have the brush setting in the scattering option to pen pressure, but most of the time I feel lost with the bluntness of the lines.

  • @deadtissue photoshop just tends to have trouble making smooth lines, and that is hard to fix, but if there are problems with the pen pressure try playing with the settings of the pen to make the tip feel softer or harder, i don't know if you've done that already but a lot of times it can make a big difference :]

  • @deadtissue What you describe seems to be a problem to wither the hardness or the opacity of the brush.

Check out your Shortcuts CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+K > Dropdown Menu: Tools > Scroll down untill you see something like "Brush Opacity", "Brush Size" and "Brush Hardness" for the shortcuts and experiment with them a little.

( Personally I recommend to work with Shortcuts as they speed up your workprogress by a lot )

  • can u draw a girl fo me plzzzzzzzz

  • Fuck you for being so talented.

  • nice :D this teach me a lot how to improve

  • You know, since you're using a PC you can make the breasts as big as you want now without having to worry about running out of ink or wearing your pencil down to a nub. Indulge!

  • GReat.....

  • This is beautiful. I'm in need of a tablet, could you suggest a model (which one do you use?)... I'm a beginning artist (well, I've advanced pretty well lately) and am looking for ways to expand my techniques, thought a tablet would be a great choice. I've heard Wacom is the way to go, but I want neither a low-quality tablet, nor one that's too expensive (somewhere around 110 euros at max)? This video inspires me, phenomenal work, keep it up :)

  • @midairman i just got a bamboo 460 from tigerdirect. took a little over a week to reach me but...

it came with corel paint essentials..i have cs5 so i wont use it but...im very happy with the performance of this tablet. it seems small at first but my brain is getting used to it.

  • @bentonhunter Thanks for the tip, I'll look into it :)

  • i wish i was but im not this good...........yet.

  • This is really cool dude but would you mind telling us what you're using? What program? What tools?

  • how many layers?

  • I'd bang her

  • wauw!!!

  • did u use a tablet ?

  • is he using tablet?

  • Graaagh! Ennnvvyy! Damn that is talented. Hopefully I'll be that awesome one day, just got my wacom bamboo fun today, I'M ON THE ROAD!

  • What program is this?o.o

  • Amazing

  • must say your lines are very good, if you improve your colour and values your be solid !

  • good eye !

  • I have a question, do you use your elbow or your wrist or finger to draw? I got a problem about that, my lines are ugly and I can't get them where i wanted and I have to undo all the time :-(

  • She has raging armpit hair. Just saying.

  • are you tetsuya nomura?

  • it resembles brittany spears :)

  • I caught myself staring awkwardly close to the screen XD

  • @popcornmornforncorn o_o same here >.<

  • beautiful choice of music to match a beautiful drawing.

  • Als je kunt lezen dit antwoord naar me toe en je wint een cookie

  • That's corel painter right?

  • Damn, that's a lot of layered sketching. Makes me feel nub.

  • corel painter crash like hell

  • loved it!! :D

  • Im so freaking jealous

  • Could you tell me exactly what tablet you used?

  • awesome! which program did you use?

  • Proportions for the head are way off, the head is way too small!

  • very nice!

and man, 5 more more layers to do the lineart! don't you get tired of redrawing the same thing? that's one of the reasons i'm less productive on the computer...

i love how erasing some of her lips give her such a different look.

  • fuck thats mean...i wish i can draw like that more into the future. great job :)

  • the jawline definately looked a bit masculin.

    in the beginning at least!

the overall product looks great! wonderful job

  • I just got a wacom tablet!!! a 6x9 refurbished one for $169 on macmall(dot)com! i'm so excited :D

  • Where i can learn to draw ?

i mean to be expert just like this..

  • What's the music in background?

  • im glad your not one of those douchebags that title the vids with HOW TO DRAW and not give any information or steps. Very nice drawing, i plan on buying a bamboo tablet as well

  • such a struggle to draw females for me .... :(

this looks grate hopefully i would be able to draw a woman as fluently as you can one day

  • на 4.11 какая-то ошибка не хорошая выскочила)))

  • this guy knows what he´s doing and he do pretty well...GENIUS!

  • hey i wanna try this im just a guy with a pencil and paper. what is this program?or whatever?? jaja sorry im not computer savy...

  • well, the tool that the artist is using is called a tablet. you can get them from a price range of around $70 (for crappy ones) to $2000 or something. i have one too, its a wacom bamboo and its considered pretty simple (around $99 but is satisfies me)

if you have a tablet, you can then find a program to draw with. such as photoshop (elements), opencanvas, sai... and so on. so basically the pencil is the tablet and the paper is the computer screen connected to the table screen!! :D

  • @a11396s u have any programs u can let me download and send back to u? i bought a hp tablet pc a few months ago and im stuck wit corel painter....ugh! lol

  • hehe, i would love to help but i bought opencanvas and photoshop off line :( so i don't have the downloadable CD things. besides that i'm only 13 lol!!! so i don't think that my parents would let me send something to a person that i don't know. i'm sorry D: truly. but if you dont mind you can just buy photoshop CS3 or CS4 offline.

  • hmm.. unless i can somehow send the program to you?? sorry, i have no idea but if you know an alternate way could you tell me how and i would be glad to send it to you as a downloadable file!!!

  • @a11396s yea u would just send a email wit a attachment, after u click attach go to desktop and select the program and send the files under the cs4 name and just send, its that easy

  • I really want a tablet, but my main concern is being able to color the drawings I make on it. I don't have Photoshop or any other "drawing" program than Paint, and that's a hunk of crap. Do Wacom tablets come with some sort of Photoshop program? Because I really don't want to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Photoshop just so I can color in my drawings.

  • @kaybabe254 mine came with photoshop and corel

  • What kind of tablet do you have? :D

I just wanna make sure that spending the extra money just to get photoshop is worth it.

  • @kaybabe254

You can download The Gimp for free. It's completely open source and costs nothing to use. It'll probably do nearly everything you want from it.

Also try Artrage. Version 2.5 is available for £14 UK money, and it's a great piece of software.

  • I love the female body. Very nice job

  • 5/5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hmm looks like corel painter.... what brushes are you using??? must know!

  • what kind of drawing soft ware are you using

  • Impressive!

  • thank you for this

  • I liked the video, but it was incredibly labor intensive... I am not sure if this was done on purpose?

  • I am not one for the Digital Art Movement as a fellow artist. I prefer the classical methods pencil, ink ECT. But I really liked your video ZenXIII & your style is awsome... Keep Drawing, But most of all have fun. Take Care Manic Artisit 86..

  • yeah...what program.

i sketch superheros atm :P but i want to do them more professionally and urs look amazing :)

  • going from the tags, I'd say she probably uses Corel Painter X

  • what program is that?

  • The way you drew the face is outstanding

  • its so fuking hard to use d tablet !!!

any tips on how to make it easier???

  • practice i suposse... nothing its easy to do, and the easy things are worthless or less importants... so keep trying till you can do something like that...

  • @Zpayer

Can you tell me were I might be able to get this??

    Thanks for listening!!

  • @sonic4ever567 Do tell me exactly what you want bro, and i might be able to tell you how to

  • @Zpayer

Well I was asking you what you used to draw this, like if this

is a download or something that I actually have to go out and buy...

    Thanks for listening! :D

  • @sonic4ever567 Ok... if you want software to draw, or do this kind of things, its easy Photoshop, GIMP, hell even Paint can help you out... Open canvas its a really good, one but for popular knowledge, Photoshop... NOW... to draw like this you will need a tablet (duh)... and After that... just practice... theres no way in hell a software or some hardware that will make you a better artist... So... just keep on the practice... till you get better n.n So thats it...

  • @Zpayer

Ok I see you pointed everything out(I already practice to draw,so the way your talkin here

kinda sounds like you think i'm stupid >_> lolz) well anyways,I know that photoshop can help already.....

as I've tried it before.......I wasn't implying that any old software can help someone get better.......

    Well,as I said before.......

    Thanks for listening!!!

  • @sonic4ever567 haha no bro dont missunderstand what im telling you =3 sorry if you thought i was telling you stupid... no thing is, that i was pointing out what kind of things could help you most, and sorry if you thought i was calling you stupid... =3 good luck on your future drawings im sure you are gona be a great artist soon enough

  • @Zpayer

    LoL No problem man!!! ^_^

I Really took what you said to consideration! :D

I just feel like I need to push myself out there like get noticed by someone so that

I might be able to start some type of.....Well I can't say career, I'm only 16 XD

  • @sonic4ever567 Lol duuuude! no matter whats your age you can start your carrer... And i mean it... i have a band, and ive been playing since im 15, and im Almost all around famouse on my city now that im 18... Just give it your best, And im sure you will go far, just keep on doing your thing, Be original, and promote yourself, And i asure you... You will go far... Good luck bro!

  • @Zpayer

wow well I always said this to myself....But to here it from someone makes me even more determined!! I hope the best for you in the future :D thanks again friend :D

  • you have to get used to the tablet... I have a wacom bamboo and its quite easy

  • practice

  • amen !

  • awesome

  • is this fun to do? or boring to draw?

  • what tablet did you use?

  • This is so beautiful..I dont have Photoshop or a wacom tablet, unfortunately. I was wondering how you keep the lines so steady if the surface of the tablet is so slick. And also I dont get how you make the transparent lines disappear and outline the picture with darker lines. It would be really helpful if someone could answer me ;D

  • i tape a piece of paper to my tablet, helps a little.

  • i have photoshop cs3 and if you want the thicker line to be over the transparent ones just go the menu and click on image/adjustments.hue saturation, the you fix the brightness until ur satisfied, or just lower the opacity on the layers panel. hope it helps

  • I don't have a tablet, but I know that Wacom tablets are very interactive. It's literally like a pencil and a piece of paper, only the paper is the tablet and the pencil is the tablet pen. If you press harder on the tablet, the line comes up darker. And, likewise, if you do light strokes like with a pencil, they come up light on your computer. At least in Photoshop. If you have a program that lets you do layering, you can do a light sketch on the tablet, then make another layer to go on top of

  • that sketch. Once you remove/delete the layer with the light sketchy drawing, you'll only be left with the darker, more final drawing you did on top of it. It's just a lot of practice and getting yourself familiar with the programs you use.

  • You're a great artist, thanks for sharing your talent.

  • was this done with a tablet?

  • Yeah if he/she wouldn't have a tabet the lines would look flat ;)

  • How did you... Sort of get the lines to fade out, so that when you went over them they didn't show up as much?

  • lower layer transparency, i guess he used photoshop or painter.

  • photoshop

  • This is obviously Painter.

  • soz

  • Beautiful! Awesome song too

  • boooobs!!!

  • we were all thinking it!

  • no! no were not all thinking it! definatly not

  • then gtfo off my internets >_>

  • is it essential to have a really good mouse to draw well with these programs?

    which program by the way?

  • You draw beautifully!!! <333

  • how can u draw those lines like one shot, I always do sketch lines and reclean them. it take so long...

  • I HAVE the same question... :).

It takes too long to have a satisfactory result.

  • Awesome! Were you using the scratchboard tool?

  • hey why did you stop? why didn't you continue drawing and painting it was really good, dude.

    thank you so much :)

  • Comment removed

  • what kind of softwera you used? it looks awesome!

  • Corel Painter X v10

  • Why do other artists flip the image, draw something and flip it back? Nice vid, BTW.

  • well some drawings look okay when u dont flip it, but once u flip it , it looks kinda weird

    and it doesn't look natural

    but thats just me ^-^

  • the reason is because if u flip the image and it looks weird that means somethings wrong, either proportions or perspective.

sometimes u cant see if your drawing is right unless u flip it, try doing a sketch and just flipping it every few mins, then at the end u will have a precise drawing.

  • did you use reference? or did you do it from your imagination? either way it's awesome, especially the face.

  • Your draw it's awesome, I don't see any mistake. Faved it!!

  • Wow you're really good. I've been drawing like 10 years I'm 20 now and I still suck. Did you have to go to art school or something or are you just practising like crazy? I'm going to watch all of your videos >.>

  • wow your so good i have a Bamboo tablet and i draw in photoshop 0.7 but it doesn't like it when i draw zoomed out because as soon as i zoom int he lines are all wigley.. any ideas why?

  • I've noticed that too. That's just what happens when you have a large canvas and you aren't drawing at Actual Pixels. Before you start, try taking the Magnifying Glass, right-clicking on the canvas and selecting "Actual Pixels". It should zoom in to the correct magnification and then you can start drawing.

I'm not sure why it does this, but that's how I know to fix it.

  • wow the drawing is very good! Must have been a really steady hand

very good result on the computer, but I still prefer the old-fashioned way of drawing.

What program did you use, if I may ask?

    greetz

    C'ke

  • Sorry, I don't understand. Why did you have to go over the figure's outline so many times?

  • Normally I wouldn't go over it quite so many times but as said in the description, I was a bit out of practice in drawing women. Other than that, it's just personal preference, as I often prefer to draw over it in order to help me see which parts need adjustment, rather than just erasing. Lol, it's a bit odd I know.

  • :) thankyou for explaining. I was a bit worried that I might need to do that, and I was doing it wrong all this time. lol

  • Wow. You're amazing at this.

    How long did it take?

  • Beautiful! Awesome song too, btw.

    Love your drawings!

  • This video is GREAT! What is the name of the song in this vid?

  • Thank you!

    It's IAMX-Simple Girl

  • it was good but the face was a we bit 2 small like bread.......yes ............bread yummy like freinds and women...........yes yummy ....yes very

  • Did you do the first few marks by hand and then scan it in or was it all done on the comupter? How do you get such steady marks? Just working slowly with a steady hand?

  • It was all done on the computer, just didn't catch the first bits.

Well a tablet is crucial. Other than that, just a steady hand and a decent program I suppose. :)

  • really great

  • Great work.

  • awesome!
