Yep...Just add a little olive or vegetable oil to the metal knobs on each side of the spits. Do every time before you cook and you won't here it any more.
wbucec-yea thats actually the way i did it to start with...but it was actually two roasts tied together and started falling apart. I had to stop it and do it the way in the video.:-)

Hello. Have you tried orientating the loin length wise? So it rolls like a log?
