  • @thesmsg -- actually you can change where you body stores fat when you fully activate the muscles from origin to insertion. Most exercise only engages to the belly of the muscle. Muscles that aren't activated store fat "for a rainy day" so if you use Teresa's techniques you can "spot reduce'. @danielle, try Teresa's TappCore or Basic Plus dvds for a full explanation of Bend It Tuck It Lift It. We call this the T-Tapp stance. It's also in her book which you can get inexpensively on Amazon
