That face the guy makes when the low saxophone note is played is the highlight of this commercial. However, it is odd that he would log on here and say "Oh no man, I didn't fart" because it's a 23 year old commercial! It's the best thing about the ad. Don't be so sensitive, Dude. That scene is probably the only reason they posted this ad at all.
Used to have a Ponderosa by me on LI, NY back in the day, but it closed in the mid-90s and later became a Ruby Tuesday...was surprised to find they were still around while visiting my (now ex-) GF in Michigan last year!
We had Cactus Steak House in our town before Ponderosa opened there. They were identical twins, everything was just about the same. Cactus went out of business in the early 80s? Now, Ponderosa is gone too now.
There really is a family feeling at Ponderosa. I dunno why many people don't like them or make fun of them here! My family and me have been going to 'em for years! There's a lot of variety, good food, decent prices and all around goo atmosphere. Too bad Chili's and Fuddruckers, among others are sucking up the clientele.
PONDEROSA restaurants were formerly owned by S&A Group, a subsidiary of Metromedia Restaurant Group, which was related to the former Metromedia Producers Corporation(bought by News Corporation).
I loved ponderosa. Always got the T bone. back in the 80s to early 90s, there was a ponderosa all over the place. Now theres only 1-3 in Illinois. Sucks.
Can you ad any information to the video? Your name for instance or what it was like to film the spot. I apologize for the earlier comments but the saxophone does come at the worst time. Thank you. If you do add your name I will add it to the keywords.

I am the black actor and I did not fart in this commercial. It brings me to shame to know that some young immature scoundrels think I did
