  • Nice GEVO's.

  • nice k5hll

  • Is this the line where they taped one of the episodes of "Rescue 911"?

  • @smncutler414 I have no idea.

  • Know any good spots in southern Baldwin? Oh wait, southern Baldwin doesn't have any rail tracks anymore! Hahaha, darnet.

  • @thechoosendude Yeah the closest to Baldwin would be either Pensacola, or Mobile. There's plenty of places to railfan in either place, but choose wisely. Both Pensacola and Mobile have places that can be dangerous at certin times of the day.

  • Yeah, I'm not really a fan of certain areas to either Mobile/Pensacola too much.

It's so sad that the old L&N line in Baldwin is no more. There's only a 2-mile Rails-to-Trails in Robertsdale and then a short, 1/2 mile Rails-to-Trails in Foley, adjacent to the Foley Train Museum to remember it by.

As a matter of fact, the Foley Train Museum was supposed to get an old L&N caboose and restore it to a working restaurant beginning last year. Any idea what happened to that project?

  • Finally, someone that isn't stupid 2 go through crossing. Im talking about the blue car in beginning

  • So where are all the good spots for railfanning in Pensacola?

  • 9 Mile, Chemstrand, Downtown Pensacola, and St John St are my favorite spots to wait for trains, especially St John because that is right next to the CSX Railyard, so I can find out which trains will roll out next without using a scanner. I never use one, I just sit back, relax, and wait for one to show up.

  • Good Video

  • Nice! I lived there several years.

  • Cool Man I Like Highway RR Xing's I've Always Wanted To See My Very First Train On The Highway For My Birthday. But This Train Only Had 21 Cars.

  • yeah. Most of the CSX trains I catch here are usually short ones. The only time I see long freight trains are when they are run with Union Pacific Power. If you want to see an interesting one, check out 9 Mile Rd (Sideways).

  • Does This Take Place In Pensacola?

  • yep.

  • Do you live in Pensacola? 'Cause I live in Gulf Breeze in Tiger Point, across the 3 mile bridge and to the east a little ways.

  • I live in the border of Cantonment and Pensacola, but I travel around both areas to get trains.

  • Cool!

  • Idiots running the crossing.

  • Horn sounds messed up. >:(

  • I actually like the sound of that K5HLL. It sounds very nice. Especially that first blow. You're going to find lot of these new ES44AC's with this kind of horn.

  • I love that horn. No doubt in my mind.

  • Never mind. It's Pensacola.

  • I love that K5HLL! What town is this?

  • The rear is definately another es44ac.
