@Cryosithify - You can't say who was better by HALF of a game. Are you twelve? It's a 40 minute game. The second half is just as important and significant as the first. I'd say even more so, because coaches and players make adjustments at half time, then must execute those adjustments. Ky was down 10 at the half and then outscored Utah by 20. So by your own logic, Ky was the better team. What a moron you must be!

Im from Salt Lake Utah, and Memphis Tennessee and I swear I am plagued with sports.

You have this, the 97 98 Utah Jazz almost winning the NBA title, The Memphis Tigers two elite eights, and then the 07 08 Tigers taking to the NCAA final up 9 with a minute and a half left only to fold.

Not to mention the Tennessee Titans superbowl flub missing the in zone by a hair for the title.

Well, they won the next game & did even better in 98. Also in 98 Utah Utes went to the title game with Kentucky & was up 12 after halftime & then we lost.

Now our former Memphis college basketball coach Calapari, went to Kentucky of all teams. It's just frustrating that my teams have made it to the title matches many times & have never won. The Utes Sugar Bowl last year win was great though.

I am a Bulls fan now because Derrick Rose brought me the most exciting basketball in Memphis' history.

He put the money, and other "gifts" into the hands/apt.s,/ bank accounts of the players UCLA needed to start winning titles. Lets see it had been 18 years since UK didn't make the NCAA tournament (91 was due to probation, they had a 21-6 record) but almost every elite team has fallen to that level. UNC went 8-20 this decade and Duke had a dismal season in 95.

UK fans should be glad that it happened because it brought Calipari on board and well, you already see how that is turning out. #1 recruiting class with the number one player in the nation...John Wall.

Kentucky shouldn't have even been here. Duke was beating the living daylights out of them in the Regional Final, and they let them off the hook. This should have been Duke over Utah.
