All it will take is one hit from Santos, just like he did Cain, and Overeem will drop. I don't think he'll get past Brock though. Brock will win, and Overeem will be exposed as overhyped and overrated, and then he'll probably fight Cain or Kongo.

@jackburton2009 Really good analysis. Just saying Lesnar - with almost no experience in MMA - will beat Overeem who has fought his entire life says it all. Lesnar is a wrestler thats it. Overeeem is a k1 champ, has good muay thai, jiujitsu and ofc striking skiils. Lesnar's only tools are bullrush single leg/doubleleg takedown + maybe some hammerfists and jabs. Now Reem showed how easily he took care of a guy that UFC has hyped up for 3 years now. Isn't that a bit embarrasing for the ufc fans?:)

Werdum is probabally 6'3.5" or 6'4". I'd guess Overeem is 6'3" at the most. UFC exaggerates heights. Duffee I'd guess is 6'1" or 6'2" at the most. Even Lesnar is only 6'2".
