what do you think of us chinese whos parents couldnt make it out of china who had to join the military because our fathers did who had to shout and fight and kill because we were afraid for our own children because we were to far in to far up to far noticed what about us some of us had to comform

because we had no way out some of us had no choice but to stand in line on our 18th birthday but to give our names and stand in line for service i hope you make a poem about us one day those of us who couldnt get on a boat or plane and start a new life because of what would have happened to our familes if we had ive gone to school in different parts of asia and now im starting a new life for myself with my daughter here in miami and im glad that she can live
