This trailer rivals the Nostalgia trailer for the best of Revenge of the Sith and perhaps the best of the prequels.

I still think Alec Guinness is more epic though, so the Nostalgia trailer wins.

They really shoud had put a Victory class destroyer in 0:28. Actually they said they wanted to put TIE Fighters and an Imperial class in there.. but Lucas forbiden them saying "They will have 20 years to build them, no need to rush". Ok, but then Lucas, if there was no need to "rush" why is the Death star in advanced state? You could had put that scene like 10 years after and include the old glory ships

@helldars I like to think its the Maw prototype.. but Lucas "confirmed" that was the first death star and that it took 19 years to complete.. wich is inmensely lame even for Lucas...

So its a chose to make my own canon and think its the prototype or acepting Lucas canon...

@sparrowlt The Star Wars Universe is an extremely complex and multilayered work of fiction, with almost each new installment, be it a novel, a comic, a video game, creating continuity problems, launching countless flame wars and adding more cracks to an already divided fandom...but George Lucas definetely did most of the damage with the prequels.

To me, for the Expanded Universe at least, only Timothy Zahn, Stackpole, Allston and Kube-McDowell should be allowed to write Star Wars material.

@helldars So the godfather of all EU is not included? Without Alan Dean Foster there is no Zahn (Whose only significant contribution is the Thrawn Trilogy, everything after that was rubbish), the others (all though I also think McDowell's body of work is lacking) you mentioned are fine, but I would have included Foster, Luceno and Stover in that list and probably have left all others out.
