They are there the whole time but if someone gets hit by the Kneel To The Flame spell that the mob casts all the time the orbs despawn and wont spawn again unless you reset the raid.

You can't see the orbs from far out but they ARE there and will become visible when you reach about halfway across the open area.

You can sit actually too. No need to use a kneel macro. Just press X
