  • @gstaraftari 200-300 times more*

  • @RR0849 oh cool ill check it out thanks

  • why dont you use duncan designed pickups or somthing why

    jackson pickups????

  • @skeleton0578 The old Jackson US made pickups are my faves. To me they sound the best - especially J50B. I do use some Duncans like Distortion and Custom.

  • @RR0849 ohh cool man i have some but there old and rusty but yeah there sound is preety cool

  • ... 1:37 i remember that "krazy kelly" or something from jacksonguitars *sigh* com a while ago... nice guitar.

  • @delt01 Yes it's the 25th anniversary King Kelly - basically a replica of the original Kelly shape which was designed by Bradford Kelly of the Australian band Heaven in 1983.

  • @RR0849 thanks for the background info on the kelly shape.... i used to think it was just Jackson/Charvel's "version" of a Gibson Explorer, with a few twists.

btw you kind of look like Tony Kakko, singer of Sonata Arctica =)

  • ... and awesome videos, as always!! Keep it up, vittu perkele!!!!! :D :D :D

  • @delt01 I'm much prettier but I wish I could sing like him. :D

  • What amp are you using? The Rhythm sounds HEAVY!

  • @megaluisdeth It's just Sansamp GT-2 direct to PC with reverb effect added later. There's no rhythm doubling but there is a small stereo delay. Pickup is Jackson J50B.

  • muy bueno buen cover tio

  • :) cool cover. Countdown to extinction is a sweet album. I still like Rust in Peace more though lol. So what guitar is that you used for the rhythms? It looks like a Dave King V and looks very vintage from those jackson pickups... Specially since they're covered ( I think they only do that on their "cheap" guitars now though back then on some very expensive guitars...) Anyways reply back to me whenever :)

  • @bvried The guitar is a Jackson King V Custom from 1989. It's actually older than Dave's silver KVs which are from 92 and 93. The color is silver metal flake.

  • Do you have any Soloists or Dinkys? :D

  • @m4ssee Not at the moment. I had a cool archtop Soloist a while back that you can see on some of my older vids.

  • great choice man one of my favs congrats on vid 100

  • great job jani I always look forward to your song choices

    fuckin rock it hard dude

  • This video has been added to your Favorites.

  • Damn great playing! I love to see finnish people with skills in youtube!

  • Oh my, I love it! Well done :)

  • havent seen you do any megadeth in awhile... good to see some :)

  • Great video, but you forgot one of the solos. But who am I to say, your guitar playing is far superior.

  • @InAGaddaDaVida29 Thanks! I think I played all the solos though - did you watch the whole clip?

  • @RR0849 Oh, you did. My bad. I wasn't playing close enough attention. Again, great job.

  • @InAGaddaDaVida29 Paying*

  • @thrashinallaround356 Stop bitching

  • @thrashinallaround356 Megadeth is the greatest band, so I encourage him to keep uploading their stuff.

  • @thrashinallaround356 There are things to play other than Megadeth?

  • @gandhisleftnut yea like real thrash metal

  • @thrashinallaround356 I've done around 50 other bands on Youtube and will do more.

  • @thrashinallaround356 you try do something besides making ignorant and idiotic comments for once

  • @thrashinallaround356 what would you want lifeless metallica songs

  • @glennbo777 more like exodus testament anthrax and destruction songs!! Real Thrash Metal!!

  • @thrashinallaround356 Aww what's the matter? Little metallica faggot can't take the intensity of the pure fuckin thrash?

  • @Mazz211 i barely even like metallica and you think this is pure thrash ur out of your mind

  • @thrashinallaround356 You barely even like Metallica? I think your username sounds a bit to recognisable by any thrash metal fan to dismiss your username.... now where do I recognise it from? Oh yeah, "Adrenaline starts to flow,

    You're thrashing all around,

    Acting like a maniac,

    Whiplash!"

    Sure you don't like Metallica?

  • Awesome Job. I like the way you layered the videos this time for the solo.

  • Love your Jackson's Jani, love it even more when you play Megadeth classic's. Do you have any tablatures, or do you just play by ear?

  • @Teamopc Thanks! I use tabs as basis but verify things from live videos and with my ears. Tabs often have a lot of errors. Not that my versions are perfect. :D

  • may u send me the backing tracks?

  • im surprised you dont have dean vmnts?

  • @MultiJeffthomas Because Jacksons are far superior.

  • @smsgrabber maybe in the 80's or early 90's not now.

  • @MultiJeffthomas They are still better I think... Atleast what I've played at stores Jacksons have more confortable necks... Personal opinion. And second opinion I think that signatures are wasting money they just cost alot caus e of finish or the artist name... Not like they would always have special woods and stuff

  • @2scrimble9 I dont have anything against jackson guitars maybe im wrong.

  • @MultiJeffthomas Hehe well those were just based on personal opinions.. But what I've played couple vmnt's and some Dime razors I wouldn't buy em rather some standard or if I would have enough money order something cool from custom shop.

  • @2scrimble9 i think tuning preference plays such a huge roll in peoples guitar purchases these days they automatically reject a guitar if it does not have really heavy chunk.

  • @MultiJeffthomas What is your problem with modern Jackson's?

  • @MultiJeffthomas because a shitty korean vmnt is nothing compared to a USA Jackson, trust me.

  • @MultiJeffthomas I'd like to own a US made Dean one day. Great guitars!

  • @RR0849 HA! jani agrees with me so fuck the rest of you.

  • Great Jani!

    As always :)

  • Nice work on that clean part

  • Beautiful man, but just as an observation, your thumb is meant to go behind the neck at all times, right behind your second finger, I KNOW its more comfortable to do it with your thumb above the neck BUT it will help you improve a fucking lot, you dont even have a clue how much it will help your fingers stretching and speed

  • @MrFluffay Watch some videos of Dave playing this same song and his thumbs are in the same position as RR0849's :)

  • @beast6228 i know, thats because dave like most guitarists doesnt play properly, look at randy rhoads he ALWAYS has his thumb behind the neck, what im trying to say is that the correct way is to have the thumb behind the neck at all times, once you do that its incredibly easy to do most things, not even on bends should the thumb go up, but as it being a natural movement it does, but the best way to hold the guitar is to keep the thumb behind at ALL times

  • @MrFluffay To me guitar is a symbol of freedom. There are no rules on how to play it.

  • @RR0849 I couldnt agree more, hendrix and stuff BUT to most of us who are not gifted one in a million musicians playing with only our heart or soul may not be enough, what about music theory, scales and such? A way to hold a guitar is music theory as well, try playing with the thumb as i said for a couple of hours, focus on that and itll be easier, believe me, itll help, as an example, the stretchs from the solo of tornado of souls from the 10 to 17 fret, try them without and then with the thumb

  • @MrFluffay I know what you mean. I use both techniques based on what I'm playing. Check out my "Megadeth Tornado Of Souls guitar madness" video and you see me do just what you described in that part. But I don't rule out anything and thumb is great for muting, adding strength to bends/vibrato and also for fretting bass notes.

  • @MrFluffay try playing standing up with your thumb behind the neck :D

  • @alojz300 its pretty tough, but once you get the hold of it you can do it and play things easier, just look at randy rhoads for the PERFECT example on how to hold a guitar while playing

  • love it, keep it up :D

  • Nice job Jani!!!!

Reminds so good memories this song!!!

  • NGD?!?!?

  • @muNk3r0 More like a return of an old friend. ;)
