@gerfall ok correction, he has stage one ecu and injectors, AEM cold air intake and 3" turbo back custom magna flow exhaust, not to mention performance motor mounts and suspension, and a mopar bov. and ran 13.2 and 14.5 with 200lb subwoofers in the trunk. he can run high 12s if he hets rid of the muffler and put that after market wastegate on it which should give him about 20+ hp..

For all the haters out there who call this car "fail" you couldn't be further from the truth. In the first 3 years of production this car has won more races and awards than alot of other cars have won throughout its entire production life. It still continues to hold the "fastest production four cylinder" car at the salt flats doing 221mph. Its won every 2004 series races as well as 1st in the grp5 and fwd pro rally races SINCE 2003. So.... this car is no where near a failure ;)
Ok so it relies on a turbo? Thats not a big deal at all. Their are N/A cars that come off the line that have engine probs no one ever knows about. I've had 3 NSRT's w/ over 100k-130k on the stock turbo and have never once had any issues w/ the turbo. I've even hand ported the stock turbos and clipped the fins at 15 degress and still haven't had any issues. The only people who have issues w/ the stock turbos are people who don't know how to boost/tune yet continue to try to.
S2K's are pretty sweet. I don't know too much about them just that not too many people go that route- idk why. I needed the four doors and I'm glad I ended up w/ the neon. I was looking at the sentra SE-R :( I honestly don't think it was luck about the turbo. I can only recall maybe 2-3 people on the forums that have had trouble w/ their stockers and that was because they were pushing it too hard. I'm glad you're enjoying your S2K though.
