She's cosplaying as the character Yoko from the anime/manga series Gurren Lagann and yes she's very hot. See the reason I'm into anime/manga and why I go to cons is because it's incredibly fun. I cosplay as one of my favorite characters Naruto Uzumaki from the series Naruto. If you go to one of these cons you see women like these two everywhere.

I guess you can. I've never really thought about doing such cosplay. I mainly stick with anime/manga such as Naruto or video game characters such as Link. Although some people coslplay as actors. I saw some guy who cosplayed as The Terminator at this con.
