I believe the jump in jab you're referring to is a safe jump play. So once rog's timing is correct even a reversal flash can't get him,since he would then block and punish.

That jump in jab, cr. jabs with boxer is pretty hard to do, and to do it with that kind of pressure knowing Guile could reversal flashkick, that's really impressive boxer play!
