whats that think on the les paul that sticks out ..??

Which bit, theres a few things that stick out of a les paul, theres the pick ups (as noted already by nic95), but they stick out on every guitar, the pick guard, but you cant really see it, the nut that the strap goes on or the rhythm/treble switch up the top. Hope that helped :)
