The flak jacket was supposed to be small, yours is abviously the wrong size, but its not supposed to go to your waist. The U.S. used them, and the south vietnamese, its not a vietnamese flak jacket, it from the vietnam war. Also, the tag says right on it that it doesnt stop small arms fire. You need to do more research before you make a video

no m1 your wrong at a certan point about 10 percent of ARVN Jackets were South Vietnam home made some even have the Vietnamese symbols on the tags but other than that more were US made and VC captured.

EPIC FAIL! If you read the manual that comes with the flak jacket, you will realize that it is a Fragmentation Protective Vest, and is not guaranteed or even suggested that it could stop bullets. The vest you are using is also an actual American vest in size X-Small. Not a Vietnamese jacket for small people.

the flak jacket used by the south vietnamese during the vietnam war was made by the US stuped moron .one more thing the flak jackets were made smaller than the american small size flak jacket and neither the american m52 and m69 flak jacket could not stop a bullet. flak jackets during vietnam were not made to stop direct hits from bullets they were made to stop fragmentation.
