  • Can we trust old medical videos? Since medical knowledge changes every 10 years.

  • L.O.L.

  • OK, so now how do you get all your protein in a vegetarian diet other than eating a bunch of beans??

  • if you watched the complete video you would know so i guess you couldnt be bothered.

theres no proteins or whatever in meat and poultry that you cant get from plants.

  • I was asking the question so I wouldn't have to watch all of it lol

Can you answer it or tell me which part explains it?

  • Beans are not the only source of protein in a vegetarian diet. Grains like wheat, bulgar, barley, oats, etc. contain lots of protein. Just one cup of barley alone has 20 grams of protein.

Also, nuts and seeds like almonds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, etc. have a lot of protein and good fats.

Non-vegetarians will say "well who wants to eat beans and nuts all the time" but there are really thousands of creative ways they can be prepared. Black bean burgers and buffalo tempeh are my favorites.

  • Thank you for answering me after 10 months... nah just kidding! Thanks for the response!
