How do they decide who is using the rear steering wheel, like do they have some one who always does it or do they alternate.

@ChicagoFD1996 It's funny you say that! The first Ladder of that color scheme......Ladder 11, was supposed to go to Chicago, the seats were even lettered CFD. BUt Chicago said no for some reason and we picked it up lol. Now Ladder 11, Ladder 3, and 3 new engines are all the CFD color scheme..
