Masha'Allah. His devotion and piety makes me so proud. I just want to make a point however, he has a prayer mat with him could he not pray in the space behind his car? It just seems quite uncomfortable praying at an angle like that and attempting to manoeuvre his position would distract him from his salah? I don't know maybe he is so consumed in prayer that he isn't thinking about it, in which case, masha'Allah and may Allah bless his for such devotion.

Praying 5 times a day for Muslims is mandatory and has to be done on time. This man obviously knows where he came from and it shows in his clothing and actions. It was time for him to pray, he parked his car(which happened to be on Broadway), unrolled his prayed rug and prayed. This is discipline and pride to be who you are.
