Buyers: New Home Sales versus Resale Home Purchase

Hi Jim, first, thanks for commenting ... when you state "buyer's agent" ... do you mean an agent that has been working with you (not specific to the builder), or the new home sales agent hired by the buyer? I know Steve and I are not a fan of dual agency and that does kind of teeter in the same category (just our opinion).

I never understand how these so called buyer agents can work with the builders and at the same time claim to represent the buyers best interests. The same agents usually get a bonus from the builder in adddition to the usual commission.
