ok, stock srt4's depending on the year are between 230-245, stage 3 srts idk exactly but im pretty sure they are like 430 at the cranck, i got a stage 2, i like it, its fast :)

What have I done to it? Not much really, lots and lots of weight reduction. Reducing weight has the same effect as increasing power, it skews the Power/Weight ratio in my favor.
Also, intake, exhaust, put decent tires on it, keep it in good running order. They are surprisingly quick cars actually.
I'm putting down roughly 130ish to the wheels, so that's about 160 ~ 170 at the crank.
I actually got it for free from a friend, he wanted it gone, because he blew the tranny and didn't want to take the time to fix it. He threw the diff pin, which is an extremely common problem with saturns, especially the powerful DOHC manuals....
That gave me the opportunity to do lots of work, landing me basically a rebuilt vehicle for roughly 2 grand invested...

@nasonguy haha u r so right about those saturns. I own a 2000 LS2 v6 and i pushin over 218 at the wheels. I can take a stock srt4 with no problem, what i have done is a custom made short ram intake and a custom magna flow exhaust. Im bout to install a nice performance chip that would give me about 22.5 hp/ 17.7 tq extra.

I guess when i get some racing rims that could be a big help, since there lighter than my factory ones. Another thing i did was create great openings for more air to flow to my intake, basically by removing that damn radiator hose that aim straight at my filter. i had to cut that bitch out and i added a nice K&N filter.
actually red sled is a street trim car. go to his website,and its daily driven.. well used to be at least, but i know for sure its still street legal, and street trim.
