The Cardinal Gate skins are unlocked by playing them in the Cardinal Gate (available if you get the Extra Stage in Standard mode). If you can't Hard Clear all the CG songs in Another, you can also get Nageki no Ki's skin by clearing the Cardinal Gate course in Expert mode.
