I knew a doctor who worked emergency in a large inner city. He told me the patients would often threaten to kill him. Most of them were gangsters so it was a real threat.
"It's a virus." Yeah, that's what doctors always say when they can't figure out what is causing a patient's symptoms. People should reply to that by saying, “Okay, show a microscope slide of the virus.”
@eclipseyy In that case, the doctor would not have any way of knowing for sure that the person has a virus. It is just speculation. As I said before, that's what doctors always say when they can't figure out what is causing a patient's symptoms. Thank you for helping to prove my point.
I wonder why none of these videos originate from Africa? Maybe it's because health care is minimal there and the population realise that decent healthcare is a GIFT from the government and also something that costs money and expertise so should be used in life threatening instances only!
I work at a clinic in Japan and this type of thing almost happens everyday!!! They come in because of colds and runny noses too. Then there's the ones that claim their child has a HIGH fever when in fact, there isn't even a fever at all and the child seems normal!!! Good thing the place I work at is actually a clinic!!!!!
lol. dear lord, this is EXACTLY what ppl deal with in the ER on a daily basis! ppl lose all common sense when coming to the ER
