  • @miciso666 Parkour has no age any one can do it i know i guy that started at the age of 31 he has been doing it for more then a year

  • I want to attend that academy.

  • I was at a park yesterday, and these kids were in assassin's creed uniforms, and they were doing parkour on the plkayground, and on the buildings.. it was pretty badass.

  • @2Good2BeTrue45

its because America has the most unhealthy, unfit ppl. Im not hating cuz i live in america and its kinda true

  • @kenzoz26 There are several US Schools. UK is simply more condensed and therefore you would have a higher chance of being near one of those facilities. With that said, the Generations instructors tend to have more training and experience than US instructors. That.... or they just give us a much harder work out than they would normally give, just to think they're tougher. After personally meeting most of those instructors, I do have to say, they have quite a sense of humor.

  • @kenzoz26 actually, kiribatians are more overweight/unhealthy than americans now. look it up! :D (i live in america)

  • funny how i don't see schools like this in America

  • I would do any thing to go to a Parkour academy :D

  • @Watermelowman ANYTHING.......

  • AND TO THINK WE USE TO DO THIS A TEENAGE AND KIDS CLIMB UP THE LARGE FENCES OF PARKS AND POOLS...AND WOULD LOVE TO DO THIS AGAIN IN MY FORTIES LATE FORTIES. i AM SURE LOOOKING FOR A CLASS.

  • parkour academy??? pay for parkour??? parkour is free for everyone!! I'm learning parkour with friends, everywhere we can and try new tricks or watch videos for idea, but do not pay!! parkour is a free sport "the cheapest"...

  • @RunescapeUltimatKing They pay so they can use facilities and equipment. That stuff isn't free.

  • @Jolly0915 street is free =)

  • wow how i wish there were a parkour academy in MAURITIUS :/

  • do all instructors sound like that guy? "reouuch" reach?

  • I wish i can join this! D: i live so far away though :(

  • Welcome to Ameri- ..no thats not America, everyones physically fit

  • nothing better then a good parkour sesh :D being a traceur myself, its not about escaping the feds, it about training body and mind....

  • @godfatherification ii agree

  • Hi my name is Igor Freitas. I am Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro. I am a practitioner of parkour at about 8 months and I think the amazing fact that you have parkour academies in their countries. This is almost a request but a suggestion:

It would be a great investment and a great incentive programs for parkour are any of you opened a gym here with teachers in their countries as Brazil, parkour is still a new sport with few practitioners as well as being a sport criticized by some.

  • damn I want to be in thaaat class!!!!!

  • It's heeeeem!!!

  • these are the people that took "dont touch the lava" to a WHOLE new level....

  • the black coach have a reggae man voice.....XD

  • @TheDeathmysterio I think he's french.....

  • @0Cindrum0 HE is french!

  • @TheDeathmysterio Yeah what i'm saying is that his accent is not like a "reggae man" it's just standard French accent.

  • 109 people are to fat to walk the stairs

  • hey check out my double frontflip on ground! It's pretty sick, and comment, rate, fav, subscribe, blah blah blah. Thanks so much! :)

  • Why does it seem that more and more people are starting to dislike Parkour? It is a great sport. Even though i can not do parkour i still LOVE IT!

  • @Mrsomethinggold because some ppl are losers and prefer to glue their ass to the couch and play playstation or other console shit. i use computer approximately 2 hours a day which include setting new event between me and my mates(like basketball matches, parkour trainings), speak to my girlfriend whom i love so much, check facebook and if i have some spare time, i usually play games for about 40 minutes. But still, i do parkour, i go to gym, i dont do sweets, but ppl call me a fat slob! why?

  • i think kids in early teens would find it easiest to learn parkour.. just look at the one at 1:23.. flexible bodies.. just need some strength training..

  • @bardock2525 true... i would laugh if he was like 35

  • 1) Hold your breath.

    2) Copy all of these steps.

    3) Go to two other video.

    4) Paste it in the comments.

If you can do all of this without breathing you're a good pot smoker

  • why on earth is there an academy for this? just watch some vids and go jump off shet. just people trying to make money off it i guess. sad

  • @dysregardedd the academy is for people who can't actually do parkour and want to learn how to do it safley. Also they go to train and learn new skills so as not to hurt themselves. Think about it for a minute.

  • @penlide1 "think about it for a minute" lol? no need to condescend. ive seen other places like this, and all are over priced. you can simply get friends together and go to a gym or rec. center. that's what i did when i wanted to learn new stuff. to me it just seems a cookie cutter version of a DIY self expression sport. hope that "i'm smarter than you" attitude is still in tact tho. hate to burst your bubble.

  • @dysregardedd just gathering somefriends is sort of redundent if you can't do what you set out to do. sure this may be overpriced but at least it teaches you what your doing. btw im not condescending you just trying to point something out :)

  • @penlide1 once you look up and learn what you want to do, a group of friends is the best way to vibe off others and progress. atleast that's what works for me. maybe i'm just over critical of these type of places. seems very cash oriented is all.

  • @dysregardedd i get what your saying here and i do agree that it may be over priced but still just doing what you see without having any kind of knowledge of how to do it seems sort of silly but i see your point

  • !!! MIAMI FREERUNNERS @ OUR CHANNEL !!!

  • This looks like fun! I've always hated living in a city, but I think parkour could change that.

  • where is this!?

  • man y cant there be a class like that near la

  • I have been doing parkour tricks in a forest ;p

  • where is this and how old do u have 2 b????

  • this vedio is really good here in the place where i live(india) we dont have thing like this but people here want to learn under a supervision

  • where is this

  • They don't have things like this in Malaysia.I wish there were

  • THIS IS A STUPID LOOKING VIDEO.

HONESTLY PARKOUR, IS MORE A STREET PERSON.

    NOT LIKE A SPORT.

  • im 12 years old and i can bench spin somethign 3 feet of the ground but i cant do alot of other things.......i really want to learn the wall flip

  • im with you hm4kids im 11 and i wish i could do parkour but sadley cant

  • I started Parkour about 3 months ago and I'm only 12 years old... So I'm not that good at it but I can do those hurdle things and all that!

  • You know,I'd like to join the classes if I ever get a chance to be an exchange student to England...

  • is the beggining easy?

  • i would love to do this, but i dont have elasticity

  • Fuck it I'll walk.

  • @Shippudenblade alright name some arguements why then, explain yourself? ever ybody got to start somewhere.

else it would be a rubbish 3 year old can do better comment.

  • @Shippudenblade i laugh at you. id like you to give me proof. show me the three year old in that same spot doing the same things. I tried doing parkour and if you do a roll badly on concrete it will totally kill your back.

  • seems like a fun class. quite cramped, no?

  • I find it best to practice parkour in the city, getting to know how to cement feels beneath your shoes and experiencing how to move in different situations like rain or bright sun or snow. Thats just my opinion. This training indoors isnt a bad idea but it is not the same as the outdoors at all. I just hope noone hurts themselves.

  • why cant they have cool things like this in America

  • I want to go to this school. Where is it?

  • Wow what and amazing idea.i was doing things like this when i was just a kid befor i even knew it was and underground sport. it was just a good way of showing the hell off lol.

  • thats a shitload of fit brits

  • Pls Parkour in Czech Rupublic?

  • is there a parkour in belgium?

i hope so, i really wanna do this

  • isthere one in nyc

  • exelenteeeeeeee!!!

  • its better on the streets.... 8D

  • the best jim is the street!!

  • Got one of these at my School ,its awesome.

  • @benso9c lucky =/

  • @vendeta4

    da..jebena steta.. :(

ja sam iz Đakova sad si pokusavam sredit neke treninge..

ima par ljudi sto imaju "svoju dvoranu" pa tamo treniraju..

  • Dang talk about a good work out

  • The main target in parkour is to learn how to get from point A to B as fast as you can by passing obstacles in the right ways, and practicing parkour in an indoor academy is just ridiculous! If you really wanna learn, just go outside! And i'm not talking about acrobatics, which is ok to practice in a safe place. There's a big difference between parkour and freerunning.

  • you should organize this kind of events in all countries...something like a tour,,,it would be great....

  • i think this well be the new and fast growing street exercise it might become a sport

  • @PUPPET745 Olympic Parkour has a nice ring to it. Very.

  • ughhhhhhhh ok?

  • This should be a required class for students in schools all around the nation. I feel like everyone should have the ability to do this. Just saying..

  • i had no idea they had classes. thats so cool! if they only had this class in high school- sign me up!

  • Ummm can 13 years olds be parkour?

  • @ArT1Tuvsho There is no age to start doing parkour. When you feel that you are ready, do it.

  • @ArT1Tuvsho I've seen some videos here on Youtube of little kids doing Parkour/Free Running so yes 13 year olds can. Anyone who is determined enough and puts enough effort can do it I'm sure

  • Actually it's recommended to start it at this age.

  • @ArT1Tuvsho

5 year olds can do parkour. 2 year olds too. oooh! check out GuardianArt's channel

  • @ArT1Tuvsho im 13 n ive just started doin it

  • Dis shit is waaackkk!!!!! I'm sweeter than that Im just starting off . Is a shame parkour athletes everywhere

  • @monkeyfromhood Parkour isn't about being better and more skilled than someone. Its about having fun and enjoying what you are doing. That is the most important part in parkour. Not being number 1.

  • @AndrewBeckham46 It's right, but personally, I'm happy when I've done a new trick!

  • @ichblibli Thats different lol thats not being better than someone thats improving on your skills and being happy with that

  • @AndrewBeckham46 Right!

  • @AndrewBeckham46 yes parkour is about having fun doing what u love doing what makes u feel free doing something that makes u feel like nothing can stop you nothing is to big or to small to high or to low thats one of the reasons i parkour and i wish i could get some more training and get into better shape.. but i havent found a good place.. i parkour at school i parkour in the desert i parkour at the parks.. anytime i see an opportunity i dont waste it becuase i love doing wat i love doing

  • @callofdutyandwow Your name sort of states otherwise. I'm just sayin'. It's actually a pretty big contradiction. hahaha.

  • @LongCat911 ya i play call of duty and wow... i was gonna post videos of wow and call of duty but i cant get me wegame working

  • @AndrewBeckham46 im just starting and its alot of fun til you fall still u get back up and it gets more fun

  • @AndrewBeckham46 no parkour is about running from the popo

  • @vicsk82991 hahahaha

  • @vicsk82991 haha not really but it does help heapz

  • @vicsk82991 It certainly helps. :)

  • @AndrewBeckham46 whoever made you say that just got pwnd.

i take parkour as a meditation, to escape and find my true inner-being.

its changed me for the better/

  • @AndrewBeckham46 no free running is where you have fun doing tricks parkour is from your location to the place you want to be the fastests way possible you must clear all objects and focuc on your next 1

  • @massivepk1 Im pretty sure you have fun doing parkour too however.

  • @massivepk1 if you want to be really annal about it then FreeRunning was a name created by a french parkourist for british tv audiance becuase he thought us too simple to understand the name parkour. BUT, i would say the name has evolved into the meaning you gave, just it's not actually official, thats all =]

  • @AndrewBeckham46 i agree

  • @AndrewBeckham46 They are learning how to have fun :D

  • @monkeyfromhood Dude, you are a fucking idiot. The people that run this gym, some of them were training with David Belle when he was first developing parkour as we know it. These people are the pioneers. You wouldn't know what parkour was if it wasn't for them. Not that perspective matters to dumb cunts like you.

  • Parkour -> Escaping -> French.

  • here in the place i live (kirkenes) theres people doing parkour but they have stopped doing it, so there is only me and a russian doing parkour everyday :) only 2 people doing parkour out of 5000 people (0.0)

  • @masterchifu2351 Well maybe you two could make some people start training . In my Town there is 125 000 People and maybe 200 do PK , i mean i could say that but i think that there are more Traceurs :) . So i have a Group Called zero Ground :) There is 7 of us . 2 just joined :) . We practice PK every single day when we dont go to school :) . But i think that you should make more people train ! :)

  • @BitesHisTail yeah ur right but we live up in here in kirkenes and theres like 4000-5000 people here and there is only some (2-3) doing parkour like everyday :\ so its kinda hard 2 "recruit" peoples :\ where do u do PK???? i might come and visit ya guys :)

  • @masterchifu2351 Well i posted a comment on your wall , and its almost like the first comment i posted on this video . But going to see us , is well ... imposible ... I live in Serbia :( . Its in europe , yes , but is really far away :( . And in the town i live there is 125000 people and its called Novi Pazar ... in serbian . But in english i think it is New Pazar or something lite that ... But i would really like to meet you but it is almost imposlibe :( ...

  • @BitesHisTail well true that true that.....

  • @masterchifu2351 So you know about serbia ? The Novi pazar Town is is Balcan i Sandzak .... But my town is still in the serbia :) . But i thin my town has just some litlle places to practice Parkour ... But we still find some places :) . We found a New place not long ago :D

  • @masterchifu2351 nice:-) im tromsø ;D

  • @masterchifu2351 I also live in a 20,000 people town and i'm the only one who practices parkour. this situation doesn't bother me in any way, though. Good thing it's an individual sport, so i don't have to find somebody who also practices. I can do it alone as well as if there were some other guys training with me.

  • @masterchifu2351 Keep it up, don't stop.

  • @masterchifu2351 Skulle vært mange fler i Norge som drev med parkour:)

  • @masterchifu2351 Skulle vært mange fler i Norge som drev med parkour:)

More people in Norway should do parkour, becouse it's something you can do everywhere with proper knowledge and knowing the philosofi of parkour

  • @masterchifu2351 More people should do parkour in Norway, only the right knowledge and a pair of good shoes are needed!

  • @masterchifu2351 Where I live, manchester, almost NOBODY does parkour, although there is a small club that sort of do it, it isnt very popular :( so far I lack the physical strength to do it, but I am training and eventually I will get better.

  • @thepurplepandah Are you joking? There are giant groups in manchester

  • @alfiefed really? :D

  • @thepurplepandah yeah lol

  • uhh... ii wish there was some where around leicester south wigston which did this

  • pena que não tem essa academia aqui em minas gerais

  • i really really wanne do parkour but i think i need to train for year to get my body in the standards agains :S too much computer time (aint fat) :P!

  • Ill never go to my 2nd class if i were them!

  • If you wish to train and get better at moving in your environment, you need to watch a few good videos, go outside and try the moves you saw. If possible, train with someone experienced. Parkour academies are a lot of fun, but not a necessity.

  • ale sur parkour city 84 svp

  • ale sur parkour city 84 svp

  • man, you need to be strong to do parkour, im not but im just learning

  • This is horrible this aint parcour spirits these military drill methods

  • well if u wanna learn how to be strong u gta do this kind of shitty yet safe way of duing it

  • It is parcour-ish, definitly not military since you dont got that many stretch stuff in the military ;)

Also they train more to go to difficult terrain....

It is a good vieuw of how you can do training indoor in your own house and get some muscles...

  • Hay i was in the army for two years and ive been doing parkour for four years.

You dont have to do this type of training to be good at parkour.. just train in parkour and your body will adapt and the muscles will build up as you train... thi type of conditioning is only if your really really really keen...

    One love

  • @ArmitageMat This is true. You don't need any classes... David Belle didn't have any classes. All you need is to practice, focus, and train with friends who can watch your technique and offer suggestions.

  • @ArmitageMat I Respect you , i am Soon to go into the Military and ive been doing parkour for years Hope you survive!

  • We dont have any these kind of parkour academys, so will i ever be a good free runner with out those??

  • of course, free running had to start somewhere.
