So did your patient give full consent for this experimental treatment "previously trialled " in Mexico ? How come you had not trialled the therapy in the US , Canada or the UK ? What was the exact diagnosis of the "ulcer disease " you mention ? What HIV markers have you done post "treatment " to monitor subsequent "response " to therapy , and what were the results ?

forgive my ignorance, but how do u know definitively that the people with whom u treated have/had the HIV? Could it be that they had a different type of condition; e.g., dengue, scarlet, malaria, etc...?
